Dr. Carlina A. Wilkes is a retired Department of Defense Financial Management Analyst, U.S. Army Disable Veteran, Minister, Author, Teacher, Wife (43+ yrs.), Mother (4), Grandmother (20), Great Grandmother (1) and Rising  Entrepreneur.

She has a degree in Accounting Certification, BA Degree in Applied Management, Master of Ministry Degree, and Doctor of Ministry, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Wilkes has a passion to support and has always considered herself a helper to those that are in need.  Over the years, she has taken homeless individuals and families into her home, many of whom were young women, which she personally mentored and still are in contact with this day. She also volunteers with community partners that serve youth, teens, young adults, and seniors.

 

Some of her partnership’s past, present and current are her church (youth leader, teacher, and minister), Twenty-first Century Scholar as a Parent Coordinator, Home Management Resources as a graduate of the program and later a councilor, IRS VITA Program as a Tax preparer, N2BLU – Not to Believers Like Us – Domestic Violence Faith Base Awareness Organization as a volunteer and the list goes on.

 

The vision of the center primary foundation: The aged women, likewise, ...that they may teach the young women to be sober....to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good..., Titus 2:3-5
